Most common corporate events
The most common corporate actions in the Croatian market are capital increases, mergers, conversion of securities, rights, takeovers, offers for sale, offers to repurchase equities/bonds, exercises of options, warrants, convertibles, put options for bonds, scrip dividends and sales of fractions/coupons.
Organisation of AGM/EGMs
Announcement of a shareholder’s meeting must be published at least 30 days prior to the AGM.
