Croatia: Securities eligible in LuxCSD
LuxCSD1 informs clients that effective
immediately
All CDCC eligible securities are eligible for free of payment settlement in LuxCSD and T2S
LuxCSD will access the Croatian market via Clearstream Banking AG accessing via Clearstream Banking S.A. who maintains a direct operated link to CDCC via Erste Group Bank Vienna and Erste & Steiermärkische d.d. Zagreb
For the avoidance of doubt, direct settlement with domestic counterparties in Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (CDCC) will not be possible for LuxCSD clients, as described in the Market Link Guide - Croatia.
