The TARGET2 system is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on the following holidays in 2023 (on these days, no interbank transfer is executed):
- 7 April 2023 - Good Friday
- 10 April 2023 - Easter Monday
- 1 May 2023 - International Labour Day
- 25 December 2023 - Christmas Day
- 26 December 2023 - Boxing Day
For Icelandic securities held with LuxCSD the following days are non-business days in 2023:
- 6 April 2023 - Maundy Thursday
- 7 April 2023 - Good Friday
- 10 April 2023 - Easter Monday
- 20 April 2023 - First Day of Summer
- 1 May 2023 - International Labour Day
- 18 May 2023 - Ascension Day
- 29 May 2023 - Whit Monday
- 7 August 2023 - Commerce Day
- 25 December 2023 - Christmas Day
- 26 December 2023 - Boxing Day
