Xact Web Portal and Clearstream API: Upcoming IP address changes

Background
As part of Clearstream’s June release infrastructure enhancements, the following Domain Name System (DNS) changes will be implemented:
New IP address
- The Xact Web Portal (xact.clearstream.com) IP address will be updated from 194.36.230.129 to 34.107.34.127
- The Clearstream API gateway (api.clearstream.com) IP address will be updated from 194.36.230.129 to 34.107.74.88
To ensure continued access, client workstations and proxies must be able to connect to the new IP address via port 443 (HTTPS).
Action required
If a client’s organisation uses IP whitelisting to manage access to external applications, this change may affect the connectivity to Xact Web Portal and Clearstream API gateway. Clients should update t firewall or network configurations to include the new IP address ahead of the effective date.
