Settlement Discipline Regime (SDR): ESMA is preparing a new RTS to possibly further postpone CSDR settlement discipline to February 2022
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a newsflash today that it is working on a proposal to possibly delay the entry into force of the CSDR settlement discipline regime until 1 February 2022.
LuxCSD is monitoring the situation closely and will inform customers about any updates.
