LuxCSD to join Board of LuxCMA
LuxCSD is among the founding members of the newly-established Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA) representing the common interests of all stakeholders of the primary capital markets industry in Luxembourg.
LuxCMA aims to promote Luxembourg’s capital markets, provide networking and collaboration opportunities and foster innovation in the industry. In order to strengthen the cooperation between actors of the local primary capital markets community with other relevant financial industry associations, LuxCMA will also leverage on the contribution of the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA).
LuxCSD is a key player in the issuance and primary market distribution space and fully supports the issuance of dematerialised securities as these significantly reduce inefficiencies, risks and costs for the industry.
