Acting as Issuer CSD for EUR 1.25 bn Luxembourg government bond
LuxCSD is pleased to announce the issuance of the sovereign bond of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
On 23 October 2024, the Luxembourg Treasury successfully placed a €1.25 billion bond with a 10-year maturity and a 2.625% coupon.
This issuance, managed by LuxCSD as the issuer CSD, was settled in Euro central bank money in T2S. The LuxCSD Principal Agent, Banque et Caisse d’Épargne de l’État, played a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of the securities.
