LuxCSD submits CSDR licence application
The Clearstream CSDs (Clearstream Banking S.A., Clearstream Banking AG and LuxCSD) submitted their applications for their Central Securities Depositories Regulation (CSDR) licences on Friday 29 September 2017.
This represented a significant milestone in the CSDR timeline as CSDR’s authorisation process requires CSDs to submit an application for authorisation to the relevant local regulators. In addition, an application was also filed for the Bridge as a CSDR interoperable link.
